| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 7/20 | Oct 25, 2008 2008 Bottle - Pours a clear orange with a large off-white head...aroma isn’t terrible, mainly malt and alcohol...flavour however is pretty bad, decent start of bitterness that ends thin, nutty malt that ends like wet cardboard...AB is AB is AB, I’m not holding it against this beer, it just isn’t any good, regardless of who brewed it.... | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Oct 25, 2008 Like the Jack’s Pumpkin Spice Ale I had the same night, I was pleasantly suprised at what A-B is putting out there lately. In no way does this beer really compete with a quality microbrew but it did offer a distinctly pleasant flavor and palate. Reasonable well matched maltiness and hops presence. The hops lacked a certain clarity of flavor- was a bit muddled- but did give this beer an actual personality. Droptank (79), Spring, Texas, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 25, 2008 This is a pretty good beer regardless of my feelings toward macrobrews. Nice hop aroma, not too bitter, clean finish. I was actually quite suprised at how this turned out, you could say pleasantly suprised! I hope this is a continuing trend because most of theses large scale breweries are capable of alot, and its about time they started showing it! AdamGott (190), Idaho Falls, Idaho, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 12/20 | Oct 25, 2008 This one is actually a pretty solid beer! Great balance between the malt and the hops. Being that it is similarly priced to other micros I will still stick to those. Might be a great way to introduce your bud-swilling friends to the wonderful world of real beer. cbeers21 (564), Miami, Florida, USA
| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Oct 25, 2008 Figured it was worth a try. Amber pour with decent head. Not much depth in aroma, but a lot more than I expected. Solid malt presence here. I feel that this beer will rate better for me because I am predisposed to expect swill from this brewery. That said, this wasn’t all that bad, hopefully a sign of things to come from big brewers. This beer is a good thing. adavis234 (133), Columbia, South Carolina, USA

Pours a nice amber color with a two finger off white head. Weak, malty, hoppy aroma. Citrusy hop and malt taste. Obviously a bit weak, but I am pleasantly surprised considering Budweiser’s other brews.
