Jul 18, 2009 Bomber, where is good till date? Pours amber with foaming head, that does leave some lacing. Mildly barleywine aroma. Some bitterness, and barley, barleywine-red cross style. Drinkable. About average mouthfeel, creamy by the foam. Above-average carbonation. Not bad for Bud.

Far smoother than most anything else from A-B, without the carbonation of their other beers. Notes of caramel, nuts, hops. A little syrupy, and definitely sweeter than expected. Not bad, but nothing special.
