pours a copper color, very light flavor for an ale, not bad. i think it needs more hops. much better than regular bud. not what i am looking for when i buy an ale.

Ok, not bad at all, probably a good brew for Budweiser. Abit malty, wish it was hopped more, but drinkable, hop it up abit, and it would be a decent drinker, not bad, but average brew.

12oz bottle, courtesy of Luke, Cascade hops save this, but just barely, other than the taste of hops this is like an all malt bomb.. save for the few bright hints of Cascade... i’ll pass on this from now on.

Pours a crystal clear copper with a surprisingly thick and lingering head. No fizzy pee water here. There’s a light nutty malt, the hops are barely discernible. This is actually a pretty decent beer. There is, however, a flavor in the back that I associate with rice in a beer. I’m not sure that this is an all-malt beer, but it’s definitely not the bland-as-possible standard that the other Budweiser beers are brewed to.

12 oz bottle (thanks Ben). Pours a clear amber copper color with a thick light tan head that left some lacing. Aromas of toasted malts, sweetness, toffee, caramel, and a little citrus way in the back. Flavor is malty and sweet with a little bitterness in the finish. Med body, lively carb, wet texture, and a sweet dry feel. Overall not a bad ale. Reminds of one of my first homebrews, nothing special but drinkable.

I really don’t know what to say about his beer. Not what I expected. Not something I’d want to drink. It isn’t bad. Some grainy like flavors, toffee mostly in the nose. An underlying bitterness. Kind of as dud I think.

Actually, a decent looking beer. Nice copper/caramel/brown in color. Nice foamy head that sits around. I think all of us would agree that if we did not know this was Budweiser we would be a little less harsh. Very malty aroma. There is almost a toffee-like smell which I particularly am not 100% fond of. Slight hop aroma, but really nothing to speak of. The beer is very malty in comparison to the seemingly non-existent hop taste. I don’t like overly malty ales. The palate is average. Overall, this beer focuses on the malts. I think for Budweiser this is pretty good.

Dark copper brew, average foamy white head. Aroma is malty, bread note, almost belgian like. Very dry, bitter up front. Makes you pucker. Bitter walnut flavor. Good try AB, keep going, just don’t take the art out of the craft by trying to mass produce.
