bottle. Dark Amber with an off white head that headed for the hills quick. Taste is very syurie sweet bitter , grassy with a terrible aftertaste. I just don’t get it. Some hoppy beers have a clean after, this ain’t one of them.

Finally decided to find out for myself. 12oz bottle. Clear amber with a huge creamy beige head. Caramel malt aroma with what smells like lager yeast and noble hops (although this is an ale and it supposedly has cascade hops). Creamy caramel malt flavor up front with a bit of hop on the finish. Not terribly complex, but at least the flavor is there. Could use some work on the aroma though.

an impressive venture by budweiser. a solid brew with cascade hops, one of my personal favorites, this beer poured a clear amber with a good nose and moderate foam.

Bottle. Deep amber pour with a large white head that quickly fades. Aroma is very faint, malty sweet and some hops. Flavor is bland, a little bitterness in the finish. Not terrible, but pretty boring.

bottle, pours a deep copper with a tall light tan head. Sweet carmel malt and cascade nose. Smells suprisingly good. The strong points : it’s fairly well rounded, has a nice malt body and a thin, but decent hop bite in the finish. The weak points : it’s watered down, and I feel that if the flavors were just a tad stronger, this would be a solid beer. I’m still pleasantly suprised, it’s drinkable.

DRECK. I couldn’t finish a second one. I was hoping that maybe I had found a cheap sessioner along the lines of Sam Adams...by was I wrong. It just flat out tastes cheap. The corn and rice adjucts come right to the front, an unpleasant soapy flavor floats around in there as well. I wouldn’t be surprised if there was artificial coloring added. Avoid it. RUN FROM IT. I will buy Mickeys before I buy this again.
