Bottle. Pours a pale golden with a whispy white head. Heavily carbonated. Light sweet aroma. Taste is crisp and dry, with a little sweetness. Slightly bitter aftertaste. MUCH better than its American namesake.

(Bottle, best before 1/06) White head, pale yellow body. Slight lacing. Aroma faint honey. Taste a little doughy, otherwise pretty bland. Dry mouthfeel.

Gold with a small head. Lotsa bubbles. Smells of grasses and light malts. Taste isn’t bad, surprisingly. It’s grassy, but crisp and drinkable, rather than being bland and ordinary. Now, I wouldn’t drink this on a regular basis, but if I HAD to, I wouldn’t mind (too much).

Tasted 28/09/2005. 330ml bottle at Cellar-Vate tasting. Snappily dressed in green, embossed, bottle and frilly label. Not much going for it after that. Thin, pale gold, a little stale and quite watery. Hints at some nice juicy, honey-like, malt and lemony, zingy, hops but they are almost undetectable. Would love to gve it another go fresh. I never even tried it in the Czech Republic.

Bright golden honey hue, with soft foamy white head, with pale malt, toasty malt, floral hops aromas follow through on a medium-bodied palate with a crisp pale malt, fruity note, floral hops, leading towards a smooth maltiness finish.

500 cm3 Can - September 05 Pours pale golden colour with a nice white head. Aroma is flowery and sutile. Taste is somewhat sweet and slightly bitter at the end. Overall a nice Pilsner, but i prefer PU for a more intensive experience.

Pours a yellow color with a decent size that goes away quickly. Sweet malt in the aroma but really not much going on. Flavor is lightly malty with just a hint of hops. Watery finish. Doesn’t really do much for me.

Balanced a little to the bitter side, aroma of malt with a hint of Saaz. I would drink this as a lawnmower beer if I could afford to.
