Nothing too exciting here. Sweet with a touch of bitterness toward the end. Crisp and fairly easy to drink. I guess that’s the goal of style. Just not something I like.

Smells slightly sour and bit citrus, with an ordinary head and a yellow-gold hue. It starts off with a pine filled mouth feel followed by a big lemon hop finish. Not bad, but I can’t find too much interesting or unique here.

Pours with a medium thick white creamy head, with a fair amount of lace left behind. the color is crisp and golden. the aroma is sour and yeasty with malt accents. the flavor is sour bitter and malty with accents of yeast and hops.

poors a crisp golden with a white non-lasting foamy head. aroma is slightly malty with some hops definitely there. flavor is quite hoppy, i’m assuming good Saaz right? this was a very easy to drink and quite enjoyable Pils.

Malty in both aroma & flavour, esp. for a pils and lots of it. Guess that’s why I like it. Thickish as well. What a shame that other ’beer’ hijacked its name. BTW thanks DOGBRICK

A golden beer with an OK head. It has an aroma of hops - and a flavor of hops, slightly bitter. Definately a good beer, but if I want a czech pilsener I rather want Urquell.

From a Candian bought bottle. Very good Czeck pils, smooth, rich malt and pronounced hoppiness. Everything a czek pils should be. (except for the fresheness which you can only get domestically).

Don’t usually drink pilsners, but this I had to try. Fragrant, malty aroma, light golden color. Lots of carbonation. Can really taste the hops, some bitterness. Very tasty, especially with some spicy Thai food! Much better than that *other* Budweiser.
