0.5 l at a random billiard club in Zagreb. Clear golden, almost invisible white head. Fake industrial parfumed malty aroma. Light body, light carbonation. Fading sweetness. Light malty finish. Bad.

Budweiser is a good pilsner lager. Very bitter, when we taste it. It has a good rigid foam.

Very short living white head. Clean malt and grainy body with very light grassy hops. Very light bitterness in the aftertaste. Pilsner should have more hops I think. This is an usual pale lager not bad but sad.

3 months old can from the SAQ so pretty fresh by their standard! It pours a really clear golden with a steady stream of bubbles and a medium white head that settles into a smaller self but leave nice lacing. Nose is a little bready, fruity, some corn surely but not even near the level of other pale lagers and a little herbs. Taste is dry and moderately bitter, offers some crackery malts and some fruity hops. Crisp. Body is light and carbonation high. Mouthfeel is surprisingly not watery and the earthy bitter finish makes it really easy to drink (and you don’t feel like you’re drinking some watered down swill). Pretty nice I must say!
