Though I am usually not a fan of lighter beers or lagers in general, this created quite the positive impression on me. Overall, I found it similar to Pilsner Urquell, though I felt it had a more subtle flavor overall. Poured a pale, clear golden color with a finger of head. Has a spicy, hoppy aroma, but nothing too strong. Slight malty flavor at the front gives way to a nice, sharp hop flavor towards the back of the tongue. Leaves little aftertaste. A very nice summer beer much like Urquell. The Czechs have impressed me again.

(Bottle, almost 5 months past "best by" date). Typical hoppy aroma. Golden yellow with a thin white head. Surprisingly flavorful, with clean hops and a touch of bitterness. Sweeter, and not as good as Urquell, but a creditable Pils nonetheless.

Superb bohemian pilsener. Floral hops, light to medium bodied. Really refreshing. Barley maltiness make for a good base. Better than the praised Urquell imo...

Bottle. Gold color but darker than your avrage lager. Nice white head. Hop aroma and a hint of grain. Light palate and very smooth. Flavor is a hop start with a slightly bitter finish. I’m not a big lager fan but this is one good beer!

Bottle. A clear golden beer with a beautiful, fluffy white head. Hop aromas, with the occasional note of bread and a dominant tobacco nose. A thirst-quenching freshness. Light in body, smooth palate texture with an OK bitterness, though has an abrupt finish.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma of metal and skunk with a hint of malts. I don’t know if I got a bad batch but i thought this was pretty lousy. The beer has absolutely no character or depth whatsoever but I don’t expect much out of lagers particularly when they’re owned by a macro multinational.

Slightly more depth than its AB counter part in colour, flavor, and aroma. Fulfills the requirements of a typical pilsner as its crisp, lite, and refreshing. Not outstanding and definitely not worth the $10 i spent the 6 pack. Ive wanted to try this for a long time so Im dealing with the price but I dont think ill be having this again anytime soon.
