Skunk (green) bottle, Scotland. Pours light amber with a nice head, quickly diminishing. Scent is strong of malt and hops. Taste is full-bodied pilsner. Medium density, slightly sweet. Palette is minutely syrup, but smooth and inviting. One of my favorite pilsners.

BB 19.08.2015. Poured a crystal clear amber colour with 5mm of white foam that diminished rapidly to a collar that laced poorly. Carbonation low and coarse. Aroma is malty with no obvious hops and typical of a lager. Taste of slight sweetness and a slight hops bitterness. Light body. Smooth, crisp, refreshing but one to drink quickly to enjoy the best it has to offer.

Recent batches imported in to Estonia are rather flat, and dull. Usually a more fuller body, and cleaner nose.

"King of Beers." Ha! Worst beer I’ve ever had. Well, I had the American version in a can once. That was worse. But I had to drink this since I’m watching US soccer play Panama now. Sam Adams would have been a better choice to represent America, but you can only get it at KaDeWe here and that is far away. MURICA!!!

Pours a clear light amber topped by a vivid white head that quickly dissipates and leaves some traces of lacing. The nose is mostly herbal and leafy as is the taste. Some grainy come through but we can see the hops are the main event here with a light herbal feature lasting all the way from start to finish. Simple and delicate, this brew is crisp and very drinkable. Cheers!
