Aroma is skunky. I assume it is from the green glass bottle.
Taste is crisp and clean. Slightly dry hop finish. First impression is too sweet but the bitter hops balance the malts very well.
Palate is smooth and dry.
Overall this could be the best lager on the planet without the skunk aroma. Will try again to find a better example to review. Gobot (15), commerce twp, Michigan, USA

Its got the aroma, the taste, the body, the whole package. All the Urquells I ever tasted here in Michigan are old and skunky-tasting. I wish all pilsners could taste like this one. wacohoover (100), Garland, Texas, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Mar 27, 2008 A very fine Pilsner brew. Not quite as good as Pilsner Urquell, but still a fine beer. Nice carbonation, very refreshing, strong flavor in the end. Taste like yeast and has a bite to it. I love this beer, but with food I find it limited, in that is goes well with greasy food, but not much else. smith4498 (890), Miami, Florida, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 26, 2008 Pours clear golden color with white head that disappears quickly. Grassy aroma. Slight flavor of hops and maybe some malt. Light to medium body with crisp carbonation. Would be very refreshing on a hot summer day. Illuminatus (87), Kitchener-Waterloo, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 25, 2008 500mL bottle from the LCBO. Pours gold, with a fluffy white head. Biscuity aroma. Flavour isn’t as quite as crisp or biscuity as Pilsner Urquell, but still a very good beer. semiotic (12), Walton Hills, Ohio, USA

It doesn’t knock your socks off, but it so refreshing without tasting like a typical lawnmowing pilsner. It has a little weight to it, a little substance. This Budweiser IS the real King of bottled beer! I seldom drink more than 2 pt/day--but I could drink about 10 of these babies. mybestfriend (262), Gothenburg, Sweden
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Bottle. Yellow with a white head. Malty on the nose - bread, cookie dough and grass. Flavour begins with some malty sweetness with notes of bread and cookie dough. Nt much bitterness to talk about. Feels somewhat diluted. Boring - where the heck is the bitterness? jredmond (1035), New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 5/5 | 16/20 | Mar 12, 2008 Bottle. Bought this because Ive never seen it sold as a single in the states. Light skunk aroma. The taste was better than I thought it would be - way less skunky than I predicted. Nice solid pilsner, probably one of the best Ive had.
