Horrible aroma, decent bitterness, but short comparing to a premium lager. Palate holds well for a lager, refreshing. Notes of liquor, kinda sweet.

Bleek, helder bier met witte kraag. Weinig te beleven in het aroma: gist, mout en wat lichte citrusaroma’s. Smaak is wel oké voor een pilsener.

Drunk From Bottle. Aroma. A faint lemony smell, is all i can really pick up. Taste. Very Mild, mild herbal/grassy flavours that dominant, not much else really.

Drank in astronomical quantities during Brutal Assault Festival 2016. A rather cool one, taste is surprising for such a beer, there’s a somewhat strong malt aftertaste even if it doesn’t compete with any real strong beer of course. Not the most refreshing imo, but one of the most interesting overall. Best served cold obviously. APPROVED BY TAVERNY’S BLACK METAL CREW!

Can. Golden clear pour, medium white foam with little retention and stable leftovers. Nose: bread-like pastry, some floral, malty. Mouth: same sensations of the nose far more attenuated. The finish is not that thrilling, it looks as an average bohemian pils with less character. The nose impressed me more. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours nice clear golden with small head. Aroma is grain, dough, butter, wood. Fizzy carbonation, light body.

Aromat: czysta słodowość, skun i stary chmiel, lekkie estry Wygląd: jasnozłota barwa, klarowne, piana biała, opada praktycznie do zera Smak: słodowy, wodnisty, goryczka niska ale zaznaczona, wady niewyczuwalne Podniebienie: średnia pełnia i nagazowanie, pijalne Podsumowanie: dobry przedstawiciel stylu, czeski zdecydowanie lepszy od eksportowego

Best Lager I ever tried and I have drank a lot of beer over the years usually German as they have the purity law of 1516 , this Czech beer tastes better than Becks clean smooth sweet yet hoppy flavour light not a heavy beer , perfect for hot summer days , 700 years of brewing to perfection .

I feel that this is an underrated beer. Nice, balanced bitterness and crisp taste (not as rich’ of a taste as Pilsner Urquell, to my mouth). It’s very cheap to buy this stuff in Lidl in continental Europe but in the UK- much like Polish lagers- I think it’s usually overpriced by the time it appears on supermarket shelves.

Enjoyed: On tap (Lovranski Pub). Appearance: Clear golden colour, with medium foam. Aroma: Gentle aroma of hops. Palate: Light, watery (but not bad); gentle carbonation. Taste: Bread, barley. Overall impression: Very drinkable and enjoyable, tasty.

Probada en lata de 500 ml. Clásica cerveza rubia checa. Muy agradable sabor. Ideal para todo momento. 7/10. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
