3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
500ml bottle. Deep brown color with thick burned head. Aroma is toasted bread and malts, some brown sugar sweetness and fruit. I can feel some of bitter chocolade.
It’s very smooth with sharp finish. Medium body and drinkable.
Very solid dark lager.

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, 500ml. A deep brown colour with a small head. Rich nutty aroma with roasted malt and chocolate. A very malty flavour with cocoa, caramel, nuttiness and a sweet, almost syrupy mouthfeel. A little citrus in the finish. Moderate carbonation. Definitely one I’ll buy again.

3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 16/20
Nice black colour and brown creamy head. Intensive aroma of roasted malts and hay. Dry roasted flavour with quite good bitterness. Unfortunately almost no flavour on the roof of the mouth, and a bit watery texture but it is well hidden by the craggy hay feature which escorts the beer until the aftertaste. As time goes by, caramelic notes come around. A characteristic dunkel which is compulsory for everybody!

Mörkbrun i färgen med offwhite skum. Sött mörkt bröd i doften, karamell, gräs. Smakar rågbröd med choklad på. Lätt fruktig ton med bitter avslutning.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
50cl can. As good as a bottle. Pours pitch black with porter-like head. Creamy, smooth, velvety and silky. Pleasant carbonation. Slightly sweet. Loads of charred malt, caramel and some coco hints. I prefer it served at 8degC. Usually, when shopping, I forget how good it is, and get some other dunkels. This is actually almost perfect.
