March Ale Alpharetta. This gem was sitting in someones fridge for a while, so they said what the hell. End result was not good. Caramel, wood, sweet in a watered down way.

12 oz. bottle, brought to Ale Alpharetta by Hamp. Pours clear, light brown, with a small, tan head. The initial nose is some nice caramel malts, followed quickly with wet grass, light milk chocolate, and pine. Watery, sweet flavor, with an awful aftertaste. Light to medium body, pretty smooth, and watery. This gave me a little hope with initial aroma, but turned out weak and unpleasant.

Pours clear Amber with a thick ivory head. Crisp aroma is malty but not much else. Malty flavor has caramel hints, OK if not outstanding. Better than your average macrobrew. Texture has little fizz and not much body. Well, nice try.

Bottle. Pours amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma of toasted malts and caramel. Flavor of caramel, wood and some light chocolate.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized bubbles that were mostly diminishing and left behind a typically carbonated transparent light red brown colored body and a fair lacing. The mild aroma was woody. The bubbly mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish with a mild malty aftertaste. The mild flavor contained notes of wood and hops. Not one that I would buy again.

Red in color. Basically it’s like a Killians with more of a kick and a sweeter finish.

Bottled from Rite Aid. Decent little bock . Lacking the richness of a good bock. The wood character is mostly non-existent. Not bad for Bud though.

bottle thanks to drowland. nose is full of that crystal malt instead of maillard reaction typical of AB, like in amberbock. taste is actually much better, but it just this bland sweet mess with no real bock character at all. tolerable and nothing wrong with it other than recipe.

12 oz bottle- Pours clear dark amber with a thin light tan head. Aroma is very amber aleish, maybe a little richer. The taste is similar, like a rich amber ale, no detectable beechwood chips, or chocolate, just caramel malt. Body is light and carbonation is medium high. You get what you expect with a Budweiser "craft beer".

Bottle. Nutty caramel and barley malt aroma. Clear amber with a small off-white head. Slightly woody caramel malt flavor. Light body, lively carbonation.
