Aroma: candy flowers, rice and soft touches of banana leaves. Appearance: frajil head disappears quickly, yellow urine little effervescence body without particles. Virtually nothing on the aroma front except a faint whiff of cardboard. General lager appearance but the taste isn’t too bad, maltiness comes through but struggling to get more of a flavour. Refreshing beer though suited for hot days coming home from work and gasping for a cold beer. However, it’s one I’d only get on offer, too expensive for what it is at the end of the day. Not fantastic but far from the worst.

Bottle from Bilka. Pours yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste is notes of malt, hint of corn, water. Sweet finish. Not my favorite.

Clear golden color, minimal white head. Malt and some corn. Watery taste and texture. Soft to average carbonation. Something very close to water.

Boks 4.7%.

An OK lager. The way I would describe it is being sapid, and I don’t mean sapid as in pleasant I mean it tastes like tree sap. A floral, acacia taste. The UK stuff is very plain and watery. The UK brew also suffers a lower ABV at 4.3% or 4.7% depending on the version. It’s OK on a hot day, but there are better options.
