Light straw color; Light to medium body; Aroma and flavor of malt, cereal and grain; Fairly bland and a little watery; What more to say - a basic macro lager.

An OK lager. The way I would describe it is being sapid, and I don’t mean sapid as in pleasant I mean it tastes like tree sap. A floral, acacia taste. The UK stuff is very plain and watery. The UK brew also suffers a lower ABV at 4.3% or 4.7% depending on the version. It’s OK on a hot day, but there are better options.

Piwo buja się charakterem gdzieś między tymi "najczystszymi" koncerniakami. Nie jest jakieś tam złe. Po prostu nieciekawe.

Some nice fresh aroma at the first touch. Very pale color, minimal head. Average lager taste. Not too thin, some sweet aftertaste.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2016 355ml bottle BB 26/10/2016 Well it does say "beer" on the label...... Grainy, floral aroma with sulfur and cardboard notes. Pours VERY pale straw with an OK head. The taste ? Slight bitterness followed by graininess and wet cardboard. OK if you’re thirsty I guess.

It's bud, it's fine. Smashed through a 300ml with an Indian. Aftertaste of chemicals and straw. Burps guaranteed. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

I don’t like the taste of this, and I don’t see what rice contributes to the overall flavour. However, the label looks good, and the dispute between the company and Budvar makes an interesting bit of beer history. In Taipei I will always choose a locally brewed beer over this one.

She’s not a bad drop to be honest. Pours with minimal head and poor appearance. Taste redeems the downfalls.
