3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 fiulijn (10383) - Como, ITALY - APR 5, 2011
Courtesy of Philippe (Bov) Hazy deep blond color; medium sized head. The aroma is delicate, with malt and nice hop. The flavor maintains the same, mild, crispy, grassy malt with cereal tones, but the hop is a bit lost; there is good bitterness level, but no fragrance; the final is a consequence of all this, and long. Pleasant.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Allen (2469) - SWITZERLAND - APR 17, 2010
Bottled 50cl. Courtesy of Bov. It purs murky golden beer with a decent head. Surprisingly good aroma of almonds, acacia honey, mandarin orange, earthy spicy hops, baklava, yeast and peanuts. Medium bodied. Subtle carbonation. Sweet but with a nice bite. Great yeast profile with a good malt back. Vanilla and candy floss sneaking in. Earthy spicy hops being rather present- adding to my appreciation of this beer. Long, surprisngly dry finish which is reminiscent of almonds and lavender. Plenty of character and mindblowingly delicious. Thanks a lot Bov for this beer!
