austone (1062) - Turku; Pori, FINLAND - JUL 6, 2009
Draught at HBF 09. Amber, tiny white head. Nicely hoppy nose with spicy and citric notes. Flavor has some dryish caramel, Ok amount of fruity hops, mild alcohol and moderate bitterness in the finish, slight solvents in there too. Light to medium bodied, carbonation is on the stronger side. Nothing interesting here, but that hardly surprises.

UPDATED: JUN 2, 2009 Keg (HBF2009)
Lovely fruity hop aroma. Pleasantly malty taste, a touch of sweet malts and OK hops, but a bit boring. Fairly well balanced though, apart from the sweetness. (6+:4-:6+:3:12=3.1++)

Keg (One Pint, Helsinki)
Same keg as mjs - now settled. Mostly clear deep orange, small keggy head. Sweet fruity hops in the aroma. Fizzy palate, quite biting. Slightly sour taste, in fact I think I get that on the nose too now, loads of sweet malts, and a decent full fruity hoppy taste too. Tingly hoppy finish, and leaves the mouth sticky with sugars. Fairly easy drinker, but pretty dull. If this was music, this would be Oasis - competent, and quite pleasant to listen to, but if there are any details you don’t notice them as they’re buried behind the monotonous strum strum strum.

Draught at Helsinki Beer Festival 2009. Deep amber color with creamy head. Sweet aroma with fruity and lemony hops. Sweetish, caramelly, toasty and hoppy flavor with fruity and lemony hops. The palate is too carbonated and slightly rubbery.

(Draugh at One Pint Pub, Helsinki, on 2009-05-19) I suppose the keg from which this was poure has been shaked too much before connecting it. -- Amber shaded orange and very cloudy. Hops and citricness in aroma. Medium bodied and dry palate with medium carbonation. Hops, light roastedness, sweetness, bitternes, bit of molasses, some caramell, yeast and malts in taste. Malty and bitter aftertaste.
