Dark, hazy, copper-orange with a small whitish head and no lacing. Aroma of flowers with mild wheat, citrus and spice notes. Taste is kind of a weak wheat beer with flowers. Light bodied, mildly carbonated, a little dry. Decent characteristics, but overall, pretty weak.

Summerís Wit pours a cloudy, murky yellow color, with a fluffy white head that dissipates very quickly. Aroma is hay, wheat, hibiscus, rose petal, other floral notes. Taste is hay, wheat, yeast, floral notes. Good carbonation, slick mouthfeel, very refreshing. Great summer beer indeed.

Draft. Aroma is a faint earthy aroma with some wit, yeasty smell. Appearance is a cloudy copper with no head. Taste is yeast, kinda hefe like, followed by a sweet floral flavor. Palate is nice and floral except for the left over hefe flavor. Overall, and interesting beer. Not very pleasing on the eyes, but a decent enough taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

(Draught) Pours a cloudy dirty orange-brown body with a medium off-white head. Aroma of hibiscus, citrus, wheat, mustiness, subtle banana, and ginger root. Flavor of wheat, clove, hibiscus, and citrus with a dry, refreshing (yet somewhat chalky) finish.

On tap at the Bottle Shop in Dallas. The beer pours an amber color with a white head. The aroma features a lot of wheat, as well as some light floral hibiscus notes. The flavor is more of the same. The dominant flavor is definitely the wheat and biscuit malt, but I also get some floral notes. There is also some yeast character and some of the spiciness that assume comes from the yeast. Easy to drink. Thin mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

Amber pour light head of cream bubbles. Nose is wheat, citrus, light hibiscus, and dry. Very smooth on the palate, faint spices, wheat, citrusy, and a hint of tartness.
