3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
"I’m dreaming of a Wit... Christmas..." Ridiculous amounts of cinnamon, ginger and clove lurk in what looks like a traditional witbier. There’s some traditional wit fruitiness lurking in there but the spicing is less that subtle. Not that I’m complaining.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
On tap at Flying Saucer. Pours a cloudy yellow with medium frothy head that diminishes rather quickly. The aroma is clove, yeast and spice. Thin mouthfeel with strong banana and clove flavor and light spice in the finish. Good.
