COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Light amber Pale Ale made with a Belgium yeast strain that gives it it’s unique flavor. Medium body and very easy drinking.

Tasted Oct 2008. Part 3 of a sampler from the brewpub. Filtered with a golden hue. White ring of head. Slight nose with hints of candy sugar and caramel. Touch vanilla. Medium bodied with a slight citrus bitterness. Mildly sticky body. Sweet bready dichotomy. Subtle bitterness. Decent stuff.

Pours hazy amber with an off-white head. The aroma has sweet Belgium blonde ale malt with light spicy hops. Medium silky body with gentle carbonation and some graininess. The flavor starts with sweet clean malt with some grain and spicy hops. The finish is on the sweet side, but not overly so and quite clean. A very nice beer.
