Drinking from the bottle. Tastes very spicy, almost a Pumpkin Spice ale. I have to wonder about the labeling, says they are Americaís Original. I actually enjoyed this, taste like pumpkin, not pumpkin pie or pumpkin roll, just plain pumpkin.

This is one that I would have poured out if not for the fact that pouring out beer is alcohol abuse. Amatuer flavor in a bottle.

12oz bottle. Burnt orange color, small head fades, no lacing, clear. Aroma is strong, sweet, and I get nutmeg more than any other spice. Taste has hints of pumpkin and spice, not overpowering. Well blended, more refined than others Iíve had. A little thin on the mouthfeel. Solid entry in this crowded and overrated category, I think Billís been doing this style longer than others.

Amber color, medium sized creamy head. Mild aroma of biscuits (the spices probably). Simple flavor, some simple caramel and easy spices. Simple final too, correct bitterness.
Another boring pumpkin beer.

This is an average pumpkin ale in aroma and taste, but the aftertaste is horrible, which knocks it down a few notches. Donít need to have ever again.

This poured a darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was green vegetal pumpkin and very light spices. Flavor was much the same, very watery and not very flavorful of anything.

12oz bottle Pumpkin, nutmeg, cloves. Taste is a sour peppery pumpkin. Light body and silky texture.

No bottling information.
Appearance: The body is a very lightly hazed dark orange, a decent amount of carbonation is in the body with only a small off-white head.
Aroma: The aroma is pretty strong with banana esters, did they use Belgian yeast? Itís very odd sensation, light spices, but mostly an overwhelming aroma that smells like banana and an orange citrus.
Taste: As well with the aroma I taste a bit orange citrus and light banana on the finish, no spices or pumpkin. This really missed the mark.
Palate: Light to medium bodied with light carbonation.
Overall: I donít know what went wrong, but this doesnít taste like a pumpkin beer at all, maybe itís butterscotch I taste and smell, Iím not entirely sure, but something is way off. Pass on this one.

Bottle. Deep hazy layered orange with light carbonation, no head. Nose is apple cidery (approaching vinegar) , pumpkin, spices, lemon. Flavor is more tart, and earthy, cider-like in the finish. Fairly balanced and thankfully different than most pumpkin beers. Cheers to being the first.
