Location: 12 oz bottle, 11/4/12

Aroma: The aroma has pumpkin spice, nutmeg, and some caramel malts
Appearance: The pour is a dark orange-caramel color with a small, wispy white head
Flavor: The taste has less pumpkin spice/nutmeg then the nose, and more of a vegetal type flavor
Palate: The body is light-medium, the carbonation is lively, and it finishes a touch off and a little dry
Overall Impression: I’m pretty surprised I’ve never rated this one before, as I know I have definitely had it in years past. Anyway, as for the beer, it isn’t a bad one, but the flavor doesn’t live up to the promise of the nose. This is not really close to a top-of-style Pumpkin beer.

Cinnamon smell. Sour nutter after tast. Sort of watered down. But cinnamon saves it

Pours amber/orange with fizzy white head that fades quickly. Smells of pale malt, light spice and pumpkin. Tastes of everything mentioned in the smell, with light caramel. Mouthfeel is medium and chewy with good carbanation. Overall this is a mediocre tasting pumpkin beer lacking in a lot of ways.

Bottle. Amber orange with small head. Light pumpkin and quite smooth. Not the most flavorful beer ever, but decent for what it is.

Bottle. Amber pour with off white head that disappeared quickly. Slight cinnamon and pumpkin. Lighter body with sweet, slight spicy finish. Surprisingly refereshing with nice finish. Not exciting but not bad.

Bodega: Pours clear amber with quickly dissipating head. Aroma is generic amber ale with light pumpkin spice.Taste is somewhat sweet. Body is very light. Taste is also kind of thin. Beer is watery. This be meh. Easy to drink, but that is where the positive traits end.

Nice amber color, no head to speak of. Light carbonation. Cinnamon with a bit of pumpkin. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at the homebrew meeting. Nothing terribly wrong here, just not much to be excited about. Pours a standard amber, offwhite head. Nose is mildly spiced, nutmeg and cinnamon and a toasty malt thing. On tasting, some spicy bitterness. Pretty clean overall. Toasty malts, faint caramel. Nice enough but not really anything special. Okay.

Too sweet and far too much nutmeg for my taste. Might pass as a dessert beer, perhaps served with vanilla ice cream. .5 is a generous score.

Poured orange/copper with a thin, white head. Aroma is sweet pumpkin. Taste is a little bit of pumpkin, but otherwise lacking. Mouthfeel is a little thin. I was hoping for something a little more robust.
