I would swear I’ve wasted my money on this before and ratebeer just crashed one too many times and doesn’t remember it. Either way its pale amber with an orange tint, a white head that transforms inti a film in no time, and a weak pumpkin aroma. To its saving grace it does actually taste more like a beer than pumpkin pie like so many imitators. Yes, there’s your validation you marketing guys. A drinkable pumpkin flavored lager beer it is. Congratulations!

Pours a relatively clear orange with little head and minimal lacing. Aromas strongly of pumpkin (more pumkin than spice, but the spice is there), toasted malt and some grassy hops. Mildly sweet up front then turns to tart, and finally sour with a little bitter to it. Medium body with moderate carbonation. smooth, unaggressive finish. Not that bad, actually.

Clear orangish pour with a thin white head that is gone quickly. Faint pumpkin spice aroma. Taste is mostly spice and very little pumpkin with something odd I can’t quite place. Prickly carbonation.

Bottle on brew day. Overly sweet, candy-like, somewhat watery. Some spices, but the amber base is really weak and doesn’t impart much flavor.

Don’t let this one fool you...It is excellent ! Smells like liquid pumpkin pie. Taste like cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, pie crust and pumpkin. Better than most of the half assed attempts at a pumpkin beer, i have sampled quite a few over the years and this one is on my top 10 list. Southern Tier Pumking, Weyerbacher Imperial Pumpkin Ale, Heavy Seas The Great Pumpkn, Shipyard Smashed Pumpkin, Terrapin Pumpkinfest, Sam Adams Fat Jack Imperial Pumpkin, Lakefront Pumpkin Lager, Buffalo Bills America’s Original Pumpkin Ale, Sam Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale, Post Road Pumpkin Ale...Theses are my favorites..you be the judge

Color is light orange with small white head. I smell cinnamon, pumpkin, yeast, and very light spice. Taste is pumpkin, yeast, some spice and brown bread. Clean finish, nice drinking beer...

Decent taste considering the lack of aroma. The alcohol in this one is fragrant and pungent, and the balance is a bit off. Not enough spices, and the malt is barely there. The best thing about this beer is the taste, though, which is a decent enough point to save it a little teeny bit. I liked the packaging, too.

Average beer. Not a strong pumpkin taste. More cinnamon and cloves than pumpkin
