This beer definitely pours cloudy and the aroma is lack luster at best. That being said, the flavor is definitely not bad. I don’t think i would buy it again, but I wouldn’t refuse a pint if offered..

I just simply love this ale. It’s flavor is remarkable to me, someone who can’t get enough pumpkin pie around the holidays.

12-oz bottle. The clouds and cold of Chicago sent me out to find my favorite part about the fall - pumpkin ales. Too bad I found this one first. Hazy orange pour with a thin whitish head. The pumpkin really stood out to my nose, but not in a good way - it smelled more like sweet bread than beer. Watery mouth-feel with more of the sweet, spicy bread flavor. This might not be bad for adding to a few recipes I know, but I can’t drink much more out of the bottle.

Bought in a bottle and poured into a pint glass. Pours a light amber color with little to no head. Not very much of a smell. Taste is smooth and full of spices. Strong aftertaste of cloves, which unfortunately overwhelm the pumpkin flavor. Tastes very similar to pumpkin pie.
