Appearance: The beer pours a chestnut, in the glass it appears a deep and murky garnet only through lots of light. The head is short and dense with a light tan hue. Nice looking beer.
Aroma: The aroma isn’t very complex, it’s strong of blueberries, not similar to blueberries, a lot of blueberries. They come off a little astringent. There’s a mild chocolate aroma, but blueberry dominates.
Taste: Mild chocolate and blueberry throughout, great blueberry flavor with a very slight roast towards the end. Not bad, but not enough base.
Palate: Full-bodied with moderate carbonation.
Overall: This is close to being pretty excellent. The beer needs a bigger base instead of having a huge blueberry flavor. Find that balance and this will be great. Great price and worth trying.

Bottle. Rather light colored for an oatmeal stout; looks like cola to me. Head is tan and lacy. Smells for all the world like Grape Ne-Hi. Flavor is instant coffee and licorice; the blueberry kicks in more on the finish than on the taste itself. Mouthfeel is good, but it’s overly carbonated. Average.

pours a dark brown with a medium sized tan head. the aroma is blueberries and oatmeal surprisingly. the taste is also of oatmeal but the blueberry taste sorta ruins it for me. too artificial.

Fairly dark with a tannish brown head. Fruit flavor takes over, though there is a hint of roasty malt beneath. Sweet, fruity, long finish.

Nothing offensive about it. Nice blueberry nose not much on the palate. Okay, just ordinary.

Bottled: unk Pours a brown beer with a fleeing underfinger of light latte foam. The beer smells of - blueberry and oatmeal. Huh, spot on for the name. Tastes of - oats and peppercorns and some sweet cardboard. Once I’ve tasted it, when I smell it again, it’s got a bit of a musty smell to it. Medium bodied with some lighter moderate carb. Meh. Not bad -- nice appearance, brown, more like a stout, but small head. You can definitely smell the blueberries, but not in an overpowering way like some fruity beers. More difficult to discern the blueberry flavor while drinking it, and there’s a surprisingly bitter aftertaste, with a little bit of tininess.

Poured from a bottle. Dark brown color, large off white frothy head. Strong blueberry aroma. Chocolate malt with blueberry body with a metallic finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

UPDATED: NOV 9, 2014 Bottle: Ruby red, almost black in the middle with lots of small, white sediment floating around. Thick, creamy khaki head that shows excellent retention. Aroma is light blueberry syrup or concentrate, not overpowering, though, with some reminders of oat, granola, & roasty malt. Taste is sweet malt, roasted & chocolatey up front with notes of blueberry concentrate, granola, nuts, oats, & barley in the finish. Chewy, sticky body. Syrupy, fake blueberry taste, cloying as it gets warmer.

Transferring from BeerAdvocate. Its been a while but I remember it tasting a little off or artificial. Not the best beer but nice innovative idea.
