COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A Traditional English Bitter. This BSB is copper colored with a rich, full bodied malt character, and a fresh hop finish. Brewed with Nugget and Cascade hops.

Sample at brewpub on 8/7/10. Clear gold/amber pour with a medium off-white head. Aroma of English malt and dank earthy hop. Sweet English malt flavor with a bit of hop at the end.

Amber color, thin quick foam with some lacing. Not much nose and a bit of a shoe but the medium body and complete bitter and bite make a better than average beer.
