Dark brown amber with light tan head. Light maple sugar aroma. Flavour is wine like somewhat acidic. Dry wine finish. Very odd.

I think that the bartender said this one was a porter, but it doesnt matter what it’s supposed to be, it doesnt really make a good example of any style. Light brown color with a thin head. Aroma had some diacetyl, and a weird sugary sweetness to it similar to the oatmeal stout. Flavor was lightly nutty, with some chocolate malt and hints of hops in the end, just like the stout. Actually there wasnt too much difference between the two.
