Draft served in a snifter at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy orange color with a tiny off-white head that leaves just a small ring in the snifter. Aroma of citrusy hops, tangerine, Belgian yeast, sweet malts, honey, sugar, and some herbal and floral notes that emerge as it warms. Flavor of citrusy, floral hops, orange peel, pine resin, sugar, honey, sweet malts, and lemongrass. Medium-bodied, with medium-to-high carbonation and a sweet, resinous mouthfeel. Really strong last effort from Drew before he heads to Texas. Thanks for all the great beers, buddy.

Pours murky amber / orange with a good sized beige head. The aroma has citrus hops that seem heavy on orange along with pine and floral traits. There is some rich fruity maltiness, honey sweetness and distinctive Belgian yeastiness. Medium body that starts smooth and feels grainy at the end due to the sharp harsh carbonation. The flavor starts with dry grapefruit, pine, spicy and earthy hop character along with toasty malt and an overall dryness. Although there is a dryness there is still a noticeable honey smoothness. The finish has hoppiness that is very spicy along with some graham crackers and a touch of resin. A very hoppy Belgian IPA. Nice beer.
