We use six different malts to create a dark wheat beer for the base of this complex Cherry Wheat. The aroma of this beer is a complex intertwining of Cherries, Toasted Malt and Fruity Esters. The Cherry nose carries over into the beginning of the taste, which then fades to a complex malty flavor. The beer finishes crisp and clean leaving you to drink some more to find the cherry character. Brewed with Pale Ale, Munich, Wheat, Roasted Wheat, Special B Malt and Roasted Barley with Mt. Hood Hops and Natural Cherry Flavor.

This blows every other cherry wheat I have had out of the water. First of all, it is very cherry. No subtlety here. Smells of sweet cherries and immediately punches with the taste of cherry. The cherry taste dissolves immediately to a delicious malty taste....making you want another sip to regain the cherry. VERY drinkable. Definitely a more complex fruit beer.

2010 Autumn Festival of Ales. My 1st time past this booth they did not have this beer there. Good thing I checked back later. It was a good change of pace beer. (Not that I want to drink this often) Good cherry aroma. The flavor of cherry was light and refreshing.

Draft at Buffalo Brew Pub. Pours amber with an off white head. Sweet fruity and malty with a hint of cherry. The flavor has a strange cherry like sweetness, almost like black cherry ice cream, on top of a sweet malty base. Decent.
