COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This winter seasonal is a complex, deep amber, malty brew that is perfect for a cold winter day. Starting with a complex malty aroma, this beer has a flavor that is a combination of toasted, nutty malt and sweeter crystal malts, and fades to a nice clean finish. Brewed with Pale Ale, Munich, Wheat, Roasted Wheat, Special B Malt and Roasted Barley, with Mt. Hood Hops. Original Gravity 1.054.

Draft. Pours orange with an off white head. Light sweet malt aroma. The flavor is also on the light side, with sweet malt and some toasty and bready notes. Not bad.

Light hellertau bouquet froma deep auburn body with a nice white head, malty flavor followed by some nobel hops. A bit thin, but a nice example of an Octoberfest, no matter what tehy call it.

UPDATED: DEC 26, 2004 A winter seasonal dark wheat beer. Pours out to a medium-dark reddish-copper color with a lasting head with good lacing. It is another brew balanced towards the sweeter malty flavors, and there are lots of them in there. Some light toffee/caramel notes and a nutty/roasty flavor in the finish. Another tap room beer with very light bitterness.
