Cask @ Market Porter, Borough SE1. Pours a pale amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma. Fruity malty caramel flavor with some nutty hint and also some hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel finish with some hoppy hints.

(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 3 Aug 2010) Dark amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, toasty nose with notes of dark fruit, caramel and dusty hops. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, toasty malt and dusty hops. Light body, with some sweetness and moderate bitterness. Nothing fancy, but ok.

Cask conditioned at Norwich Beer Fest ’08. Amber with white head. A malty sweet beer, quite thin on hops, mostly a butterscotch maltyness. It’s ok.
