Ungstrup (10863), Frederiksberg, Denmark Oct 28, 2007 Draft. An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of hops. The flavor is sweet with light notes of butter and diacethyl - I think it is off - but it is still served at the brewpub. kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/12/2007

Kevin (1765), Colorado, USA Mar 15, 2007 i have found the holy grail for diacytl. amazing how much butter flavored topping is in this. i sat my glass down and looked around for the movie screen, surely i was in a theater, there can not be this much butter in my beer without a source of that orange colored bag of grease that is poured on popcorn? poured a hazed orange/amber with a decent white head. other flavors besides the butter? idon’t know, it was butter, some light caramel, and toffee, and butter, with a bit of butter undertones. a long buttery finish Braudog (3461), Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Sep 24, 2006 Draft pint at the brewpub, 9/11/06: Medium bright red with almost no head. Smells like freshly baked wheat bread and tastes like really chewy caramel candy. Silky.
