An all malt, golden American Light Lager consisting of low hop bitterness and aroma, with a light malt body that is clean and crisp. This ultra light has great drinkability with a less filling body. However, this one contains no preservatives and provides a freshness that cannot be duplicated by a bottled beer.

Draft at the brewery. Pours clear pale gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like creamy straw, sweet doughy malt, light corn, very faint hops. Light body and low/medium carbonation. Very faint aroma of straw, grass, and creamy butteryness.

Tap at brewpub. Pours clear pale yellow with creamy white head. Aroma is very faint with just light straw malts and subtle lager yeast esters. Flavor is light straw malts with a somewhat vegetal/corn taste lingering; crisp, dry finish. Light body and medium carbonation.

From the tap at the brewery came a pale yellow brew with a slight white head. Aromas and flavors of buttery biscuit malt. Medium bodied with very little hop presence.

Clear crisp golden lager with a smallish white head. Aroma shows grassiness and wheat, a bit of butter and cooked oatmeal. Very well balanced with a nice grassy hop finish. Fades quickly.
