| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 4, 2009 Sampled at the Virginia Beer Festival. Hazy pale yellow, nice head. Coriander aroma borders on medicinal. Flavor is wheat and coriander. This was a bit thin. Better than I just made it sound. obguthr (1021), Poquoson, Virginia, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Mar 3, 2009 Served on draft at the brewpub. The overwhelming lemon aroma that hit me as the sampler arrived prompted me to ask if this had lemon in it. It did not. Pours a hazy lemon yellow color with a medium head. Good head retention and lacing. Aroma is faint citrus, mainly lemon, with toasted malts and faint spice. Taste is wheat, huge citrus notes and light spice. Slightly syrupy texture and medium bodied. bubbleflubber (893), Collinsville, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Feb 14, 2009 Cloudy straw pour with a pillowy head that leaves soapy lace. Some residual wheat and yeast to the nose. Decent flavor on this, and well-integrated. Nice wheat and lemon, with a wheat/grain finish. Not overtly complex, and an interesting choice paired with their main food offerings.... but not bad for an American "Belgian" wit. EKGoldings (447), Radford, Virginia, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jan 10, 2009 I actually liked this one more than the other B&B beers that I tried. Doesn’t have the crispness of a Hoegaarden but is certainly comparable to wits made by US brewers. SynergyXJ (506), Blacksburg, Virginia, USA
