3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Goblet at the brewpub - hazy light gold with a frothy lace - honey, wildflowers and spices in the nose, with hints of light fruits as well - light-bodied, with soft carbonation - I prefer a more effervescent, lively mouthfeel in my saisons, though - honey-sweet flavor, with strong spices through the middle, some floral notes, very light phenolic flavors, and a mild tanginess on the back end - sweetness lingers in the finish - due to its light body, I long for a drier beer, with a kick of bitterness on the end - however, this was still pretty enjoyable.

On tap at Bull and Bush poured a lingering white head. Aromas of straw, fruittiness and light spice. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of straw, pear, orange and light spice with a crisp dry fruity finish.
