Commercial description A German-style Kölsch, golden to straw color, with a slightly dry finish. Brewed with German Perle, Sapir, and Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops. A rocky white foam head tops off this thirst quenching beer. Made specially for the SquareUp Brewfest Fundraiser at Wausau’s 400 Block on May 7, 2010. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
