COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A pleasant full-flavored smooth beer aged in Jack Daniels Whiskey barrels. a touch of bourbon in the nose combines with caramel, chocolate, vanilla, Old No. 7, and coffee-like favors.

On draught at the Bull Falls brewery tap room in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours an opaque dark brown colored brew with a creamy tan head that slowly dissipates to a light film top and spotty lacing. Aroma of toasted dark chocolate malt, a hint of soy, light bourbon, some dark chocolate and light coffee. Flavor has more bourbon presence than in aroma, other flavors of toasted dark malt a hint of chocolate and light soy. Finish is semi-sweet with a lingering bourbon and Baker chocolate aftertaste. Nice to finally locate this one after chasing it down for two years.
