Brewed with a new German aroma hop, Saphir, is golden in color, has medium body and low bitterness level. The beer has wonderful taste and fantastic aroma.

On draught at the brewery tap room in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber brew with an average creamy off-white head that quickly dissipates to a thin ring and some spotty lacing. Aroma of some noble hops with a touch of skonk, light fruity, citrus and some golden grain malt. Taste is medium bodied, flavors of golden grain malt, some citrus zest, a hint of grapefruit and mild herbs. Finish is semi-sweet with some hop bitterness that lingers after the finish. A tad more hops than I am used to in most heller bocks but still decent.
