On tap at Bull Falls. Poured crystal-clear bright golden with a short, dense white head. The aroma was sweet with lots of banana accented by cloves.. candied and very welcoming. The flavor was sweet again with banana and a little honey at the core.. clean white pepper and cloves accented.. very dry on the finish. Light-bodied and just a touch watery on the palate.. clean and very drinkable.

[Growler] shared by skyview. Pours a cloudy gold with a soapy off white. Aroma is lots of clove, yeast, and banana. Flavor is very clovey with a slick mouthfeel.

From Skyview’s growler. light overall. No visible sediment. Standard flavors of banana and bubblegum, with some clove and orange. A fair attempt at the style, but it could have more palate and maybe some sediment.

Growler courtesy of Skyview. Hazy gold color with no head. Light banana aroma. Sweet malt flavor, plenty of wheat. Moderate banana and bubble gum finish. Pretty solid hefe.

On draught at the brewery’s taproom in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours a hazy golden pale amber brew with a creamy white head that slowly dissipates to a white ring and film top with some spotty lacing. Aroma of typical hefeweizen banana esters, cloves, a touch of vanilla, bubble gum and a touch of white pepper. Taste is smooth, creamy, medium bodied with flavors of multi-grain malt with wheat, some white bread, bananas, cloves and a touch of vanilla. Finish is semi-dry with a grainy wheat malt aftertaste that turns out slightly metallic and then a clean finish. Didn’t pick up much smoke flavors but the slight spiced aftertaste made this one stand out.
