COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A light bodied German-Style lager with a very pleasing taste like a good lager should have. Specialty beer for the Wisconsin Valley Fair. An easy drinker, light in body, golden in color.Aleena German hops and extra German Munich malt makes this beer great thirst quencher!

On draught at the Bull Falls brewery tap room in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden amber color brew that is a tad darker than the Holzhacker Lager. Also has a creamy off-white head that has some excellent retention and lacing. Aroma of toasted golden grain malt, some hard fruit, grassy hops and a touch of pear. Taste is medium bodied, with some flavors of golden grain malt, and a more floral hop flavor compared to its aroma. Finish has some toasted golden grain malt, a mild soft bitterness at first and then a crisp, clean cut aftertaste.
