Commercial Description:
Using German ingredients this locally brewed Pilsener is golden in color and well hopped. All German hops in this beer provide moderate aroma and flavor but are quite obvious. All barley malt, medium-bodied beer, very clear with a lot of flavor.

[Tap] Sample notes from January 2009. Pours a golden color with a small head and decent lacing. Aroma is of crisp floral hops. The taste is more grassy and includes some very grainy notes as well. Crisp finish. The body seemed rather light. This beer is pretty average in my book.

Pours a bright golden colour with a frothy white head. Scattered lacing is left on the glass, aromas are very fresh- fresh hops, fresh lemons and pear, fresh flowers. Mouthfeel is creamy on the palate, strong noble hop character, grain and mildly grassy flavors.

On draught at the brewery’s taproom in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden pale brew with a creamy white head that has a good retention and some spotty lacing during the head dissipation. Aroma of fruity light bread malt, citrus zest , a touch of tropical fruit and some grassy hop character. Taste is quite smooth, medium bodied, nice balanced carbonation with a buttery golden grain malt with some sweet fruity character. Finish is smooth and creamy with a crisp malty and citrus aftertaste that remains a dry and mild bitterness long after the finish. Highly recommend to try this beer fresh from the tap or growler filled as fresh as possible.
