Mini cask carry out, Beamish Mary, Co Durham. Aptly named. Really deep golden colour. White head. Looks the business. Citrus and hop aroma. A grower. Sessionable for real.

Dartford Beer Festival. A washed out faintly soapy pale malt beer with a noticeable hop burn starting in the middle and growing into the finish. It’s a beer, but there’s little here that’s positive. It’s drinkable, but so is the neighbour’s home brew.
