2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle. BIG gusher. Hazy pale amber with a white head. Gentle aroma of peach , caramel and spices. Eh, overprimed I guess. Light bodied. Peach and a little caramel, earth and spicy notes, bitterness lingers. Malts seem a little tired. Refreshing. Presumably there will be better bottles of this, but pleasant enough as is (after I cleaned up the kitchen).

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Pours a hazy copper color with a big head that fades to bits of lacing. Aroma of some fruity sweetness and bit of carmael. Taste follows aroma with some furity sweetness and bit of carmel with a bit of grain. Mild bitterness and a fairly clean finish with just a bit of lingering bitterness. Fairly light body, just a trace of crispness and a fair balance. Drinkable, but a bit thin for an English Bitter style. Promoted as a seasonal Summer offering.
