A deep redish-amber beer. This asertively flavored medium-bodied beerhas a biscuity-roast malt character followed by a clean hop after taste and a well balanced aroma.

(Tasting Notes Fall 2000): Good full body, very flavorful with a little sweetness. Not very hoppy, but quite pleasant. Nice mixture of malts.

Beautiful red color and a thick, small head. This beer had a unique tea flavor that I enjoyed very much. Great beer.

Thin white head over a medium bodided amber beer. Nice hop nose and roast flavor with a hint of biscuit malt. Finishes hoppy and roasty! Very good beer. Good job on this one Bulldog!!!
