The aroma is dominated by sweet honeywith some maltyness to it. The flavour has a nice moderate sweetness with a fresh though light flowerish hoppiness. Good average aftertaste. A nice refreshing honey brew! Lubiere (4557), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 6, 2006 Golden ale with a thin white head. Strong honey aroma, with light flowery notes, like rosewater. A high powered malt, with some nice hops in finale, medium bodied. And I ususally dont like honey beers that much! Pours a lively golden with a medium sized white head. Smells very fruity with some hints of solvent (i think ethyacetate or acetaldehyde), very esthery brew. The alcohol is very well hidden ( btw i don´t think it scores 8.5%) it is sweet and very smooth, which is great but a little boring by the pint. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA

Tasty. Claims an alcohol content of 8.5%, which is total BS, since you can't taste the alcohol at all. rodolito (162), San Diego, California, USA
