Keg at the CP&K on 5th birthday day, as Bullfinch Cask. Lightly hazed pale golden with a moderate off white covering that retains. Nose is hoppy, light pine, mineral notes, grapefruit, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, touch of bread dough, biscuit, straw. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, semi drying close with grassy hop bitterness. Ok SIPA, lacks hops and juicy citricana for me.

Bottle. Orange and slightly cloudy. Lively on opening. Quite hoppy with a bitter finish. More body than I expected for its strength. Not bad.
