COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Starting with a beautiful aroma of apricots, this beer is fruity, crisp and naturally cloudy from the wheat. The finish is dry with a lingering flavor of apricots and malted wheat that will leave you asking for more.

Disappointing wheat beer, way too much apricot in the flavors, it was extremely overpowering, deep golden color, soft white head with excellent lacing around the glass, slight banana & fruit in the nose, fairly light in the body, the finish was all apricots as well, just too much of it to enjoy the beer

Sampled on draft at the brewpub this beer poured a hazy yellow-gold color with a medium sized creamy white head that left a bit of lacing. The aroma was dryish and a touch nutty with a faint apricot note. The flavor was dryish, nutty and bready with faint apricot underneath. Medium finish of bread and apricot. Medium body. Ok.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty apricot aroma. Fruity wheat malty apricot and caramel flavor. Has a fruity wheat malty apricot finish.

Draft at the Brewpub with Andrew, Brendan and big boy PJ. Pours a clear body with no head. Aroma is straight delicious Apricot. Fresh apricot pretty much dominated the flavor here, as expected, but I can’t pinpoint what makes this one of the best apricot fruit beers I’ve ever tried.

On tap at the brewery as party of beerquest 2.5. Lots of awesome apricot juice taste... I think it’s better than the Peche which is somewhat comparable.

Nose is sweet apricot & lightly burnt sugar. Flavor is sweet apricot. Sugary with a bit of tartness from the fruit comes out in the finish.

Pours cloudy with yeasty film in the apricot. Not a ton of aroma on the nose and not a lot of wheat on the tongue. Has a bit of bitterness in the finish which is the only interesting thing about it.

5oz sample from a flight. Pour is a bright gold with a finger of fluffy white head that went the distance. Nose is apricots, malt, and light hops; the apricot is the dominant presence in this one. Taste is the same, but the apricot and malt take pole position in sweet, fruity masquerade. The finish is more of the same, but it is well met by subtle hops to create balance. This is easy to drink, and quite sessionable, but not something I would go out of my way to find.

On tap at the brewery served in a 5oz glass. Pour was a clear golden yellow with a solid show of lacing. Nose was has huge apricot and sweet malts. Taste was apricot, plums, malts and light hops. The apricots were good but a little overwhelming.

Great for this style of beer. Lightly sweet flavor and finish. Caramel malt backing the apricot flavor.

Pours a pale orange (should I say apricot?) with a bit of haze a tiny white head. The smell is a bit of apricot alongside some dry wheat. After all the terrible fruit wheat beers I had on a roadtrip this summer, a nice, authentic fruit-infused wheat beer is really nice. Taste is apricot with some wheat dryness; light mouthfeel with good carbonation. Good drinkability, especially for a fruit beer. Serving type: on-tap Reviewed on: 02-11-2010
