COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Starting with a beautiful aroma of apricots, this beer is fruity, crisp and naturally cloudy from the wheat. The finish is dry with a lingering flavor of apricots and malted wheat that will leave you asking for more.

The aroma is wheat, cereal grains, light apricot. The appearance is a hazy orange yellow, white head. The flavor is apricot, cereal grains, more fruity than the aroma. The finish is a resiny, earthy hop bittering. Thin to medium in body. Decent. The fruit complements the beer, without overpowering it.

Draft. Light golden pour with white head. Apricot with light hints of wheat and other malt tones. Apricot forward flavor with light malt tones.

Draught at the brewpub. Pours hazy gold with small whitish head. The aroma is doughy bread, dried apricot, and some crackers. The flavor is candyish apricot, mild lemon, some cookie-ish malts. I’m not a big fan of fruit-wheats, but this one isn’t as overdone as they usually tend to be.

Nose is sweet apricot & lightly burnt sugar. Flavor is sweet apricot. Sugary with a bit of tartness from the fruit comes out in the finish.

On draft at the brewpub. Pours a deep cloudy caramel with a medium white head. Aroma of apricots, wheat and malt. Taste of fresh apricots, malt and wheat.

I was a bit impressed by this beer so I decided to rate it out of the sampler at the brewpub. Usually fruit wheat beers suck a lot but this was rather well done, at least the aroma, which was all natural fuzzy apricot skins. If you could smell fuzzy fruit this would be it. Doesn’t smell artificial or cheap. But with the flavor there is only so much one could do and it comes off as an overly clean and uninteresting wheat beer with some fruit ascents. Its pretty to look at as well, a thick wall of glowing golden that one cannot see through.

Disappointing wheat beer, way too much apricot in the flavors, it was extremely overpowering, deep golden color, soft white head with excellent lacing around the glass, slight banana & fruit in the nose, fairly light in the body, the finish was all apricots as well, just too much of it to enjoy the beer

On tap at the brewery as party of beerquest 2.5. Lots of awesome apricot juice taste... I think it’s better than the Peche which is somewhat comparable.

Nice looking beer. Aroma of peach skin and apricot. Taste is sweet and dry with peach and apricot. Semi tart with some mellow spice.

tap @ bullfrog - hazy orange pour, initial tasty fruitiness, but with an unpleasant edge. Caramel and soda pop fizzle. Smooth medium body, tasty citrus and honey, dried fruit and lemon. Enjoyed the finish more than the front.
