Commercial description Our Bavarian styled Hefe Weizen has a light copper color with an impressively aromatic rocky head. It has a fairly dry palate with an expansive array of fruity yeast and malt flavors of banana, clove, and bubblegum. This beer is served unfiltered and is highly effervescent. The brewer markets this same or near-same product by more than one names. This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
