Aroma of wheat malt, fruity esters, slightly sweet apple notes. Hazy straw colored pour, white head with good retention. Flavor follows the nose - light malts, wheat, pear, apple, minimal bitterness, some residual sweetness. Really nice balance between the malts and fruit character - very drinkable and refreshing. Fairly light body, medium carbonation. Nice brew.

Enjoyed on tap at the brewpub. Surprisingly good and unique. Tart, funky aroma, a big mouthfeel. Nice drinkability. Well made.
